*Note* It is highly advised that you come to the fair on Thursday with your tent/trailer to claim your spot. Spots are not ‘assigned’ to vendors prior to their showing up – they are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Therefore, prime spots go fast.
*If food is to be sold, a Food Permit must be issued by the Chatham Health District after completion of paperwork and inspection of food containment apparatus.

Note - all space is outside. There is no indoor space available.
Commercial Vendor | Food - BEFORE 8.24.2024 (application must be received)
$50.00 per frontage foot* with 2 feet of frontage added on each side of the concession
Commercial Vendor | Food - AFTER 8.24.2024
$60.00 per frontage foot* with 2 feet of frontage added on each side of the concession
Commercial Vendor | Non-Food - BEFORE 8.24.2024 (application must be received)
$15.00 per frontage foot* with 2 feet of frontage added on each side of the concession (these spaces are sold in 10' increments only)
Commercial Vendor | Non-Food - AFTER 8.24.2024
$20.00 per frontage foot* with 2 feet of frontage added on each side of the concession (these spaces are sold in 10' increments only)
Non-Profit Vendor | Food with a Trailer
$25.00 per frontage foot* for all trailers with 2 feet of frontage added on side of the concession
Non-Profit Vendor | Food with a Tent
$20.00 per frontage foot* for all tents with 2 feet of frontage added on side of the concession
Non-Profit Vendor | Non-Food
$10.00 per frontage foot* with 2 feet of frontage added on side of the concession (these spaces are sold in 10' increments only)
*Please include all awning/hitch space in calculations. Measurement will be taken on Friday morning.
If space is greater than contracted for, vendor must pay accordingly
