It is highly advised that you come to the fair on Thursday with your tent/trailer to claim your spot. Spots are not ‘assigned’ to vendors prior to their showing up – they are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. *If food is to be sold, a Food Permit must be issued by the Chatham Health District after completion of paperwork and inspection of food containment apparatus.
Therefore, prime spots go fast.
