Rules and Vehicle Specifications:
1. Only one hook per vehicle, unless pull-off prevails. Only ONE driver per vehicle per class.
2. Vehicle must be legally registered, insured and driven to event. Be prepared to show proof. This rule will be enforced. These trucks are meant to be everyday work or personal trucks. Not trucks built specifically for pulling. TRAILERED TRUCKS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT INTO OPEN CLASS.
3. Drivers must 18 years of age or older or have written parental consent.
4. Seat belts and helmets are required. Drive-shaft loops or DUCT TAPE required on U-Joints.
5. NO SOLID BLOCKING IN REAR. SUSPENSION MUST BE FUNCTIONAL. AIR BAGS OR RUBBER BUMPERS ARE OK. 3 OR 4 LINK OFF ROAD SYSTEMS ALLOWED IN OPEN CLASS ONLY.
6. Street Legal exhaust system.
7. Front mount winches ARE NOT ALLOWED. Empty winch bumpers of reasonable thickness and plow frames are ok.
8. VEHICLES THAT NEED EXTRA WEIGHT FOR A CLASS MUST HAVE IT IN BED OF TRUCK ONLY.
9. Hitch point must be secure. Reese hitches are recommended. Hitch height not to exceed 26”. Hitch must have a clevis to accept a 2.5 inch hook on sled. NO BUMPER HITCHES.
10. Only ONE BATTERY allowed in engine compartment of gas trucks.
11. Vehicle must have factory wheelbase with a full bed.
12. Street legal DOT tires only. PADDLE or TERA TIRES are NOT ALLOWED. Whether DOT or not.
13. All limbs and body parts of driver MUST BE INSIDE CAB with seat belts latched. For insurance and safety reasons no arms or heads can stick out of window! Failure to abide by this rule will result in DISQUALIFICATION!
14. The 1st and 2nd place finishers in all classes will be WEIGHED AGAIN at end of class.
Fuel Requirements:
1. Pump Gas or diesel only. Nitro methane, alcohol, propane or water injection NOT ALLOWED.
