Please do not enter photos previously entered in the Fair.

Photos must be framed under glass for moisture protection.

Fair is not responsible for weather damage.

Photos must meet the approximate size of 5” x 7”.

Exhibitor’s name, address and telephone number must be on the back of each frame.

All photos must have been taken within the period of a year prior to this year’s fair.

Only one entry per class is allowed each exhibitor.

Entry forms must be received by mail no later than Tuesday October 6th.

Mail entry form to the Superintendent as noted above.

Photos will be received at the fair grounds from 5 pm until 7 pm on Thursday, October 8th.

Photos must be picked up on Sunday October 11th between 5 pm and 6 pm.

No photos are to be removed before 5 pm Sunday.
