Entries must be the work of the exhibitor.

Judges decisions will be final. The Danish System is used, whereby each entry is judged on its own merit. Multiple awards can be given in a class. No prizes will be given if the judges feel there is no merit.

Exhibits will be under observation at all times during the fair. Security Guards will be on duty during the night. However the Association is not responsible for anything damaged, lost or stolen.

Limit is ONE ENTRY PER CATEGORY. Please DESCRIBE THE EXHIBIT on the entry blank. DO NOT LIST the description of the category. Entries, which require hanging, must have necessary hardware.

Entry forms must be received by mail, NO LATER THAN TUESDAY OCTOBER 6TH. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after that date.

The committee will accept exhibits on Thursday, October 8th from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M.
NO UNREGISTERED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Exhibits must be picked up on Sunday, October 11th between 5 PM. and 7 PM. No exhibits to be removed before 5 P.M.

Inform committee if exhibit can be sold, with proceeds to benefit the fair.
